Assam Rifles, State Govt Discuss Peace and Development

 


ITANAGAR, August 23: 

Col Mohit Sahdev, Commandant (D), 8 Assam Rifles, called on the Chief Secretary of Arunachal Pradesh on Saturday during a formal courtesy interaction aimed at strengthening coordination between the security force and the state government.

The meeting focused on enhancing cooperation between the Assam Rifles and the state administration in support of peace, security and development across Arunachal Pradesh.

The two sides discussed the importance of close coordination between security forces and the civil administration in addressing emerging challenges and maintaining a secure environment for development.

The interaction also underlined the need for continued cooperation to strengthen peace and security in the region while supporting the state’s broader development efforts.

The meeting reflected the importance of a coordinated approach between security agencies and the civil administration in maintaining stability and creating conditions conducive to development across Arunachal Pradesh.
