  PARSI - PARLO, July 13:  A devastating flash flood triggered by incessant heavy rainfall wreaked havoc across the Parsi-Parlo region of Kurung Kumey district on Monday, washing away bridges, damaging public infrastructure, destroying homes and isolating several villages. Among the worst-hit infrastructure was the 66-metre hanging bridge connecting Damin and Huri, which was completely washed away, leaving Huri village cut off from the rest of the district.  The district administration is coordinating with the Border Roads Organisation (BRO) to restore the bridge, a process expected to take approximately two weeks.   Keyi Panyor, June 24: The ongoing search and rescue operation following the devastating flash flood and debris flow that struck the NEEPCO Colony in Arunachal Pradesh's Keyi Panyor district on Wednesday has led to the recovery of the body of Nirmala Gupta (35), a teacher at Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya (VKV), NEEPCO, Yazali. With her recovery, four persons remain missing in one of the worst monsoon-related disasters to hit the district this year. The missing individuals have been identified as Elesh Marak (13), Balari Marak (30), Tao Anjina (46), and Sourav Kumar.
