  Pasighat, June 24:  In a continued effort to enforce the Inner Line Permit (ILP) regulations, the Pasighat Police Station team on Wednesday detected 20 individuals violating ILP provisions within the district. Following verification and legal proceedings, all 20 violators were externed from the district in accordance with the order issued by the Area Magistrate. The action was carried out as part of ongoing measures to ensure strict compliance with the ILP system, which regulates the entry and stay of non-residents in Arunachal Pradesh.   Itanagar, June 17: The Arunachal Frontier Tribal Front (AFTF) has raised serious concerns over the alleged entry of non-APST candidates into Arunachal Pradesh without valid Inner Line Permits (ILPs) to appear in state recruitment examinations. AFTF Chairman Tadak Nalo claimed that during the APSSB recruitment examination conducted on June 14, a significant number of candidates from outside the state entered Arunachal Pradesh using only their examination admit cards. According to Nalo, nearly 60 percent of the candidates who appeared in the examination were outsiders, prompting the organization to seek clarification from the state government regarding the legality of such entries.
