Tadak Nalo Meets Sonam Wangchuk at Jantar Mantar Protest
NEW DELHI, July 17: Arunachal Frontier Tribal Front (AFTF) Chairman Tadak Nalo on Friday visited the CJP protest site at Jantar Mantar, New Delhi, where activist and education reformer Sonam Wangchuk has been on an indefinite fast since June 27. During the visit, Nalo met Wangchuk and expressed his solidarity with the activist. Sharing a message after the meeting, he wrote, "You are not alone. India stands with you." Wangchuk is participating in the ongoing CJP-led protest demanding accountability over alleged irregularities in national entrance examinations, including NEET. The protesters are calling for comprehensive reforms in the examination system, greater transparency in recruitment and admissions, and action against those responsible for the alleged lapses.
