Ziro Royal Enfielders Donate ₹4.51 Lakh to Flood Relief

 


YAZALI, Jul 9: 

In a remarkable display of community solidarity, the Ziro Royal Enfielders (ZRE) on Thursday handed over ₹4,51,014 raised for the flash flood-affected people of Keyi Panyor district.

The donation was contributed to the MLA Relief Fund and was formally handed over to local MLA Toko Tatung during a brief handover programme.

The amount was mobilised through a fundraising campaign launched by ZRE in response to the devastating flash floods that affected several families in Keyi Panyor.

The campaign received overwhelming support from individuals, motorcycle clubs, organisations and well-wishers, reflecting the community's commitment to helping those in need.

ZRE said the initiative was made possible by the immense love and trust shown towards the organisation by the public, which encouraged members to carry out the relief campaign successfully.

The group expressed heartfelt gratitude to every donor, volunteer and supporter who contributed to the humanitarian effort, stating that each contribution played a meaningful role in the success of the campaign.

According to ZRE, the generosity and compassion shown by the community will help strengthen ongoing relief and rehabilitation efforts for the flood-affected families in the district.

The organisation also reaffirmed its commitment to serving society during times of crisis and thanked everyone who stood together in support of the people of Keyi Panyor.
