Despite living with cerebral palsy and being unable to use her hands, she secured 67.4% in the Commerce stream, earning a First Division and reportedly the highest marks in her stream from Jiribam. Binila’s journey has been marked by extraordinary perseverance. With limited physical mobility in her hands, she performs her daily activities, including writing and academic work, using her feet.
